Instead of boring, limited text, see which co-worker is calling you.* *User Profiles are available on supported Polycom IP phones that are on the same network as Switchvox. If a phone is on an external network, or on a peered Switchvox, User Profiles are not shown. Check messages just like on a smart mobile phone. Start recording your important calls. Caller profile information with photo, extension, title and location appear in a new Switchboard panel. This new profile panel allows you to easily call back your last caller or contact them by email or using Switchvox's integrated chat. The Switchvox 4.5 GUI, inline help, and manual are now available in UK English, Italian, Castilian Spanish, and Latin American Spanish. Sound packs, which include all the audio prompts used in the system, are now available for all of those languages, as well as Australian English, French and French Canadian. For businesses with international offices, users can customize their language settings to best complement their location and language preference.
